Bailey-Anna Teague

Director

Bailey-Anna brings a deep passion for service, a strong sense of dedication, and a heartfelt commitment to making a lasting impact in our community. A proud resident of Savannah, she has been actively engaged in a variety of local initiatives and is honored to continue uplifting the community through her work with the Darryl Worley Foundation.

A 2019 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Bailey-Anna holds a degree in Integrated Studies with concentrations in Business and Education, as well as a minor in Not-for-Profit Management. Her academic background, coupled with meaningful professional experience, has equipped her with the skills and insight necessary to lead and grow mission-driven work.

In her role as Executive Director, Bailey-Anna is a visible and active presence at community events, working closely with partners, volunteers, and supporters to advance the Foundation’s mission. Her visionary leadership and dedication to service ensure that the Foundation will continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those it serves.

Dan Adkisson

President

Dan Adkisson, a native of Savannah, has been in banking since 1986 and currently serves as a Senior Lender at The Hardin County Bank. He earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1986 and graduated from the LSU Graduate School of Banking in 2002. Dan is married to wife Latonia (Coleman) Adkisson with two sons, Dr. Kendall Adkisson and wife Claire, grandson Graham, and Walker Adkisson. He serves as Deacon and Treasurer at Hopewell Baptist Church and Community-Coordinator for HCHS Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Dan has served as Chairman of the 2009 TBA Credit Conference Committee. He is involved in our community as a member and past President of the River City Kiwanis Club and a Board Member and President of The Darryl Worley Foundation. It has been a true blessing to serve as a founding member of The Darryl Worley Foundation since its inception in 2002 and it is a privilege to lead such a wonderful and impactful board.

Ty Jones

Vice President

Ty Jones is an attorney with deep roots in West Tennessee. A native of Pickwick, he attended Union University where he was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity as well as the Bulldog golf team. In 2003 he graduated with a BSBA in Economics & Finance before earning his JD from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2006.

Presently, Ty holds several key leadership positions within the greater Hardin County area aimed at enhancing community welfare. In addition to his work with the Darryl Worley Foundation, he is the founding and current Chairman of the Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame, President of the River City Kiwanis Club, and President of the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he serves on the HMC Physician Services Board of Directors, the Tennessee River Resort District Board of Directors, and is a founding and current member of Savannah’s Christmas On Main Committee. Previously, he has served as Vice Chairman of the Hardin County Community & Healthcare Foundation Board of Directors, Chairman and Treasurer of the Hardin County Republican Party, Lieutenant Governor for the LaMissTenn District of Kiwanis International, and as a member of the Hardin County Fellowship of Christian Athletes Leadership Council.

Outside of his professional and community engagements, Ty remains deeply committed to his faith and is an active member of Sharon Baptist Church, where he co-teaches a young adult Sunday School class. He is an avid golfer and a dedicated fan of the Atlanta Braves and Hardin County High School athletics. He lives in Pickwick with his wife and daughter.

Carolyn Blakney

Secretary

Carolyn Blakney, originally from Cleveland, TN, has resided in Savannah since 1975. She is the mother of three daughters, Channin Young, Cristy McDonald, and Kaila Littlefield, and has eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Ms. Blakney retired from Suntrust Bank in 2007 as a Loan Officer and Financial Service Representative after a distinguished 30-year career. She later retired as Vice President from CB&S Bank following 15 years of dedicated service.

With over 40 years of community involvement, Ms. Blakney has been deeply committed to aiding those in need. She has held the position of past president for organizations such as Country Christmas, the Hardin County Carl Perkins Center, and the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce, where she was honored with the title “Woman of the Year”. Her accolades include the “Community Leader” award from Woodmen of the World and the “Sterling Award” from the Jackson TN Business and Professional Women Association, recognizing her significant contributions to the community.

Ms. Blakney continues to be active in community service, serving as a board member of the Hardin County Healthcare Foundation and volunteering for the Hardin County Cancer Society and Coats for Kids. Currently, she holds the position of Secretary on the board of the Darryl Worley Foundation, a role she has fulfilled for many years.

Ed Bradley

Ed has over thirty years’ experience in the food and agriculture industry. He was most recently Vice President, Food Safety with Neogen, a publicly held company that develops and markets solutions for safety and improved quality in the food and agriculture segment. Prior to Neogen, he worked in the animal health and crop protection industries. A Hardin County native, Ed and Tina moved back in 2018 to enjoy his home county during his retirement years. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee. He says his work with The Darryl Worley Foundation is most meaningful because it is an organization of volunteer local people that are committed to providing help and support for the needs of our community.

Michael Davis

Michael Davis was born on September 23, 1967, to the parents of William (Bugger) and Nancy Davis. He has one sister, Susan Liddon, who lives in Memphis, TN and had one brother, John Davis, who was tragically killed in an automobile accident in 1995. Michael is married to Tamara Davis (Willoughby), who is a Curriculum Facilitator at Northside Elementary, and they are the proud parents of two sons – John Patrick and Willoughby.

Michael graduated Hardin County High School in 1985 and then attended Martin Methodist College on a golf scholarship. After two years, he transferred to MTSU to pursue an education degree but after a year decided to come back to Savannah after applying for and being hired to be the City of Savannah’s Parks & Recreation Director. Even though he loved this job the entire time he was employed with the City of Savannah, he still had the desire to be a teacher and golf coach. In May of 1998, he graduated from the University of Memphis with a bachelor’s degree in education and finally began his dream job of teaching at the Hardin County Middle School and becoming the golf coach at HCHS. In August of 2001, he earned his Master’s degree from Freed-Hardeman University which in turn would eventually allow him the opportunity to move into Administration. Michael served as the Assistant Principal and Principal at the Hardin County Middle School before moving to the Central Office as a Supervisor. It was in March of 2014 when he had the incredible honor of becoming the Director of Schools for Hardin County where he still serves today.

It has been an incredible honor to serve on the Darryl Worley Foundation as a Board Member. This Foundation has helped so many people within and around our community with various needs and continues to help so many today. I am very thankful for Darryl Worley, this Foundation, and our community that always has a heart to help others.

Blake Walley

With over a decade of experience in urban planning, economic development and municipal management, Blake currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Savannah, Tennessee.

Blake holds a B.A. in Urban Environmental Studies from Birmingham-Southern College and a Master’s in Community Planning & Economic Development from Auburn University. Blake is also a Certified Public Manager through the University of Tennessee.

Active in community leadership, Blake is involved with various boards, including the Darryl Worley Foundation and the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce, and has participated in multiple leadership programs including being a graduate of the WestStar Class of 2017. Blake is also dedicated to youth sports, coaching multiple teams and sports within Savannah’s Parks & Recreation programs.

Passionate about community engagement, particularly as it relates to music, Blake has spearheaded events such as the Rivertown in the Round concert series and the Catfish Derby Benefit Concert (now Riverfest), fostering connections and support within the community.

Marsha Fisher

Marsha Fisher is a seasoned professional in the boating industry, with over 32 years of experience in retail sales and dealership management. She has worked at esteemed boat dealerships such as Pier 57, Al’s Honda Seadoo, Pickwick Sales and currently serves as the General Manager of Marine Sales Pickwick in Pickwick, Tennessee. Marsha’s diverse background showcases her expertise and commitment to the marine industry.

In addition to her roles in the boating sector, Marsha is also a successful entrepreneur in the restaurant industry, with over 27 years of experience. She is the owner of Freddy T’s Restaurant and T’s Shake Shack, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.

Marsha’s dedication extends beyond her professional endeavors, as she actively contributes to various community organizations. She serves on boards such as the Hardin County Convention and Visitors Bureau and Grace Chapel of Pickwick, embodying her commitment to giving back.

Recognizing her exceptional contributions and leadership, Marsha was honored with the “Women Making Waves” award by Boating Industry Magazine in 2020. Furthermore, in 2018, she received The Mike Pitts Volunteer Of The Year Award presented by the Darryl Worley Foundation Board, highlighting her outstanding service and commitment to her community, friends and family.

Tiffany Jones

With over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tiffany Jones is a dedicated Realtor and the proud owner of Tiffany Jones Realty Group in Savannah, TN. Her extensive expertise and passion for helping clients have made her a trusted leader in her community.

Tiffany is deeply rooted in Savannah, where she serves on the Darryl Worley Foundation Board and the Savannah Housing Authority Board. Her commitment to making a positive impact was recognized in 2024 when she was honored as Woman of the Year by the local Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, of 16 years, and their three dogs, Gunnar, Kobi, and Lizzie. She finds joy in boating and being anywhere near or on the Tennessee River. Always cheering on the Tennessee Vols, enjoying time with friends, and cherishing moments with family. Known for her compassion and dedication, Tiffany thrives on helping others in need and building lasting relationships within her community.

Sarah Shirley

Sarah Shirley is a proud native of Hardin County and holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin, earned in 1999. She is married to Ray Shirley, and together they have three daughters: Molly Kate, Macy, and Mia.

With a lifelong passion for service, Sarah has dedicated her time to supporting her community. She actively volunteered at her daughters’ elementary school, Parris South, during their early years. Today, she continues to give back by serving on the boards of several local organizations, including the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce, the Country Christmas Board, Brenda’s House of Hope, and the Darryl Worley Foundation.

David Gregory

David Gregory was the owner and insurance agent of Gregory Insurance Agency for 31 years. Upon concluding a long and rewarding insurance career, he has dedicated his efforts and expertise to Sitters and More of West Tennessee. As co-owner of this elderly care agency, which has provided professional care to a diverse population of families since 1999, he continues to make significant contributions. David is married and has three children and six grandchildren. Additionally, he has been actively involved with The Darryl Worley Foundation since its inception in 2002 and has served as a long-time board member.

Tanya Tull

Tanya is a compassionate and dedicated professional currently serving as a social worker with HMC Home Health. In this role, Tanya works tirelessly to assist homebound patients in improving their safety and independence by connecting them to vital community resources. With a strong commitment to ensuring dignity and care for all, Tanya plays a key role in empowering patients to thrive in the comfort of their homes.

Tanya has also shared marketing efforts while working in the Tourism Industry for 7 years. She has served as Marketing Director, Tourism Director and as the fund raiser for numerous events within the area.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tanya is deeply family-oriented. She is happily married to her amazing and supportive husband, Fred Tull, with whom she shares a beautiful family. The proud mother of a daughter and a bonus son and the cherished grandmother of four, Tanya treasures her time spent surrounded by her loved ones. Her family, along with her extensive career experience, serves as her foundation and inspiration for bringing warmth and empathy into every aspect of her work.

Known for her kindness, dedication, and ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, Tanya continues to be a steadfast advocate for those she serves, helping them achieve safer, more independent lives within their communities.

Tanya is thankful for the honor and privilege to serve The Darryl Worley Foundation and communities with which it serves.

Lindsey Gray

Lindsey Gray is a dedicated realtor serving Hardin County and the surrounding areas. With a deep passion for helping others, she finds joy in making a difference both professionally and personally. Lindsey is proud to serve as a board member for the Daryl Worley Foundation and as an advisory board member for the Carl Perkins Center, where she contributes to the fight against child abuse.
Lindsey is married to Jon Gray, and together they are the proud parents of two wonderful boys, Sam and Smith. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, cheering on the Tennessee Vols with her husband, and decorating her home for every holiday.
